Bartlett Benton

Personal Injury Lawyer

Bartlett started Benton & Benton after years of working as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and corporations in personal injury lawsuits. Bartlett always wanted to one day represent people injured in accidents, so early in his career he decided to work as a defense attorney to learn how insurance companies and corporations defend and evaluate cases. With this inside knowledge, he now knows what insurance companies and corporations fear and what makes them settle cases.

Born and raised in Monroe, Georgia, Bartlett attended George Walton Academy from K4 through graduation. He then attended The College of Charleston, where he graduated with honors and played for the men’s basketball team under legendary coach Bobby Cremins. After college, Bartlett went to law school at Georgia State University, where he received the top grade in his Litigation class and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, where he competed in four national mock trial competitions, including a national runner up finish at the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge.

Bartlett currently resides in Monroe, Georgia with his wife, Whitney, and their daughter, Amy Rae.
